PUPA – Associação de Cuidados de Saúde Pediátrica

PUPA was born from the enormous and extraordinary concern that our daughter Beatriz had for others, especially for other children.

We are a non-profit association, which was officially created in 2023 with the mission of building the first pediatric hospice in Portugal. Our dream is to provide high quality palliative care to children of all ages, in a welcoming, comfortable and dignified environment, where children can live with their families, including in their last days, surrounded by love, joy and respect. We believe that all children deserve to have access to this type of quality care, regardless of their ethnicity, financial status or religion.

We provide health care, especially oriented towards health care within the scope of Pediatric Palliative Care (CPP), as well as support services of a moral, technical and material nature appropriate in particular to children, parents and family members of children with chronic, complex, limiting or life-threatening.

Your support, no matter how small, truly makes a world of difference in the lives of these children and young people.

Every donation goes directly towards our mission and helps provide essential materials and equipment to those who need them most.
